Sweet Apple and Oat Pancakes - Ready in 10 Minutes

Ingredients (makes about 8 pancakes):

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 grated apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Grate the apples and measure the oats into a large bowl.

Step 2: Mix the batter

Add the eggs, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder to the oats and apples. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

Step 3: Heat the pan

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little cooking spray or butter. Step 4: Cook the pancakes

Pour portions of batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and firm.
