  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients

Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until well combined. If using, fold in walnuts.
