Triple Chocolate Cake Recipe Recap

- Ganache Frosting:
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped 🍫
- 1 cup heavy cream 🥄

Prep Oven & Pans:
🔥 Preheat to 350°F (175°C), grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
🥣 Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add Wet Ingredients:
🥄 Mix in eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Add Boiling Water:
💧 Slowly stir in boiling water (batter will be thin—don’t worry!).
Fold in Chocolate Chips:
🍪 Gently mix in chocolate chips for bursts of chocolate in every bite.
Bake:
🍰 Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Make Ganache:
🍫 Heat cream just until simmering. Pour over chopped dark chocolate, wait 5 mins, then stir until smooth.
Cool & Frost:
🎂 Let cakes cool completely, then frost with luscious ganache. Optional: chill the cake slightly to firm up the ganache.
