Chocolate Fudge Layered Cake – Indulge in Decadence!

🧁 Ingredients
For the Brownie Cake:
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
For the Ganache Topping:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)

👩🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Make the Brownie Cake:
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
• Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in sugar.
• Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
• In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder.
• Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
• Pour into pan and bake 25–30 mins, until a toothpick has moist crumbs.
• Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Ganache:
• Heat cream until it just simmers.
• Pour over chopped chocolate in a bowl. Wait 2–3 mins, then stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
• Spread ganache evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
• Let it set at room temp or refrigerate for a firmer layer.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
• Slice and serve as-is, or top with whipped cream, berries, or powdered sugar.
