Christmas Trunk

Ingredients🍁

  • Cake:

  •  6 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  •  150 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  •  ½ tsp vanilla

  • Filling:

  • 1 kg delicacy
  •  100 g walnuts 🌰

  • Ganache:

  •  250 g dark chocolate
  •  200 ml whipping cream
  •  2 tbsp butter

  •  Decoration: cherries, impalpable sugar, chocolate leaves.

Preparation🍁

1️⃣ Beat egg whites + sugar until snowy.

2️⃣ Beat yolks + sugar + vanilla.

3️⃣ Join mixtures and add sifted flour.

4️⃣ Bake 15–18 min at 160°C.

5️⃣ Roll up hot and cool.

6️⃣ Fill with delicacy + nuts and roll up 

7️⃣ Cover with ganache and decorate 

8️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
