Chocolate truffles pretending

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Crushed cornflakes (for coating)
  • Extra melted chocolate (for dipping)

Method:

1. Heat cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth. Add butter.

2. Chill mixture 1 hour, then scoop and roll into balls.

3. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then roll in crushed cornflakes.

4. Chill again until set, then eat like you didn’t promise yourself you’d stop snacking at midnight.
