Delicious M&Ms Ferrero Oreo Roll Cake 🍬🍫🍰
Ingredients:
- 20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 6 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (for filling)
- 1/2 cup crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates
- 1/2 cup M&Ms (for filling and topping)
- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions:
Crust: Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter, press into a baking sheet, and chill.
Cake Batter: Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy, then fold in dry ingredients.
Bake: Spread batter over the Oreo crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Filling: Whip heavy cream, fold in crushed Ferrero Rocher and M&Ms. Spread over the baked cake.
Roll: Gently roll the cake and chill for 2 hours.
Decorate: Top with whipped cream and more M&Ms before serving.
Notes:
Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra richness!
