White Chocolate Raspberry Dream Cake π°
Ingredients :
π 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
π¬ 1 ½ cups sugar
π§ 1 tsp baking powder
π§ ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
π₯ 4 large eggs
π₯ 1 cup milk
π« 6 oz white chocolate, melted
π 1 cup fresh raspberries
π₯ 1 cup heavy cream (for frosting)
π¬ ½ cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
π« 2 oz white chocolate (for frosting, melted)
Instructions :
π₯£ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
π₯ Cream π§ butter and π¬ sugar until light and fluffy
π₯ Add eggs one at a time
π₯ Mix in milk and π« melted white chocolate
π₯£ Whisk π flour and π§ baking powder, gradually add to wet ingredients
π§ Fold in fresh π raspberries gently
⏲️ Bake in two 8-inch pans for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
π₯ Whip π₯ heavy cream with π¬ powdered sugar until soft peaks form
π₯ Fold in melted π« white chocolate gently
