No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional but highly recommended)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.

2. Add the broken pretzel pieces to the mixture and stir until fully coated.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or small scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, forming clusters.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters or dip the bottoms before placing them back on the parchment paper.

6. Sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of sea salt while the chocolate is still wet.

7. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until set.

8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
