Quick & Creamy Cake with 3 Yogurts and 2 Eggs!
📋 Ingredients:
- 3 plain yogurts
- 2 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 250g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🥣 Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the yogurts, flour, baking powder, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
5. Bake for about 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
