Easy Chocolate Icing
Ingredients
1 cup (125 g) icing sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp (30 g) softened butter
1–2 tbsp hot water
Instructions
1. Mix icing sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.
2. Add softened butter and 1 tbsp hot water.
3. Whisk until completely smooth and glossy.
4. Add more hot water as needed until soft and spreadable.
5. Spread over cooled cake, cupcakes, or slices.
