Zero-Carb Yogurt Bread
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly greasing a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, blend the Greek yogurt with the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and whisk until everything is well incorporated.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add these dry ingredients to the yogurt mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the top with a spatula.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool slightly in the pan before removing it. Slice and enjoy your Zero-Carb Yogurt Bread.
