Ingredients :

• 1.5 cups of plain kefir
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 100 g of melted butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2.5 cups of flour
• For Over;
• Walnut
• 1 egg yolk

How to Make a Giant Puffy Walnut Cake Recipe;

Add the kefir and baking powder to a suitable mixing bowl and beat. Let's add eggs, melted butter and sugar to it and continue beating.

Let's add the sifted flour in the sieve and mix it.

Let's pour the cake dough we have prepared into the cake mould that is greased all over with solid oil. I spread egg yolks on it and diesel walnuts.

Let's bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Let's slice the cake from the oven and serve it.
