Ultimate Chocolate Ganache Cake
Ingrédients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate ganache
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat until combined. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
4. Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
5. Spread chocolate ganache between layers and over the top. Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate.
