Twix Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed shortbread cookies (or graham crackers)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 6 full-size Twix bars, chopped

  • For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • Optional Garnish:

  • Chopped Twix bars
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a bowl, mix crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.

Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes. Remove and let it cool completely.

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.

Stir in vanilla extract, heavy cream, and caramel sauce until smooth.

Fold in chopped Twix bars.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

Bake for 60–70 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

Remove from oven, cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

To make the ganache, heat the heavy cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2–3 minutes. Stir until smooth.

Spread the ganache over the chilled cheesecake.

Garnish with chopped Twix, caramel drizzle, chocolate drizzle, or whipped cream if desired. Chill 30 minutes before slicing.
