Oreo Delight 🍪🍫
Indulge in the creamy, irresistible layers of Oreo Delight. This dessert is a perfect combination of chocolate, creamy filling, and crunchy cookies – a crowd-pleaser for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed (divided)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 box (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a food processor, crush 24 Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form. Stir in the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared Oreo crust.
3. Prepare the Pudding Layer:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk. Allow the mixture to thicken, about 2-3 minutes.
Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
4. Add the Final Topping:
Top the dessert with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it smoothly. Crush the remaining 12 Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the whipped topping for a crunchy finish.
5. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until it’s firm. Slice and enjoy!
