Mini Cheese Pizzas 🍕
These bite-sized pizzas are cheesy, crispy, and perfect for snacking or a fun party platter!
Ingredients (Makes 8 Mini Pizzas)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 1/3 cup warm water 💧
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce 🍅
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
- 1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
- Fresh parsley for garnish 🌱
- 1 tbsp cornmeal (for dusting)
Instructions
Make the Dough 🍕: In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. 🌱
Shape the Pizzas 🖐️: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Divide dough into 8 equal balls. Roll each ball into a 4-inch circle on a cornmeal-dusted surface. Place on a baking sheet.
Add Toppings 🍅🧀: Spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on each dough round. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and a pinch of oregano.
Bake to Perfection 🔥: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden. Remove from the oven.
