- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Freeze Time: Overnight
- Total Time: ~8 hours 15 minutes
- Servings: 10–12
- Perfect For: Elegant dinner parties, holidays, or when you want to wow with minimal effort.
🥄 Ingredients
- 500 ml single cream
- 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 Ferrero Rocher (for the mixture)
- 10 Ferrero Rocher (for garnish)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
🥣 Directions
1. Prepare the Loaf Tin
Line a 2lb loaf tin with cling film, leaving enough overhang on all sides. This will make it easier to lift the terrine out later.
2. Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, whisk the cream until soft peaks form — the cream should hold its shape but still be smooth.
3. Mix with Condensed Milk
Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth, thick, and creamy.
4. Add the Ferrero Rocher
Crush 10 Ferrero Rocher (roughly — chunks are good!) and gently fold them into the creamy mixture.
5. Assemble the Terrine
Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
Fold over the cling film to cover the surface completely.
6. Freeze
Freeze overnight (or at least 6–8 hours) until fully set.
7. Serve
Remove the terrine from the tin and unwrap it onto a chilled serving plate.
Garnish with:
10 whole Ferrero Rocher
Fresh raspberries
A few fresh basil leaves for contrast and color
8. Enjoy
Slice with a warm knife and serve immediately. Creamy, crunchy, chocolatey bliss!
