Chocolate Drip Cake with Candy
Ingredients
- For the cake:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g flour
- For the ganache:
- 150g chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- Colored candies + candles
👩🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Melt the chocolate and butter.
2️⃣ Add the sugar, then the eggs.
3️⃣ Stir in the flour.
4️⃣ Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Let it cool completely.
5️⃣ Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate.
6️⃣ Mix until smooth.
7️⃣ Pour over the cake to create a "drip" effect.
8️⃣ Add the candies and candles.
