Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set (overnight is best).
