Milk and Cookies Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1½ tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp baking soda

• ¼ tsp salt

• ¾ cup butter (softened)

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup milk

• 1½ cups chopped chocolate chip cookies

For the Frosting:

• 1 cup heavy cream (cold)

• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

• ½ tsp vanilla

• Crushed cookies for topping

🥄 How to Make It

1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

3️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

4️⃣ Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to the batter.

5️⃣ Fold in chopped cookies gently.

6️⃣ Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 170°C / 340°F for 35–40 minutes.

7️⃣ Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

8️⃣ Frost the cooled cake and finish with crushed cookies on top.
