🧁 Ingredients

  • For the chocolate cake:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee or hot water

  • For the peanut butter frosting:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • For the chocolate ganache:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped

  • Decoration (optional):

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate dollops or shavings

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cake:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease two or three cake pans.

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat well.

Slowly add hot coffee and mix until smooth.

Pour into pans and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.

Peanut butter frosting:

Beat butter and peanut butter until creamy.

Add powdered sugar gradually.

Add milk and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.

Ganache:

Heat cream until hot (not boiling).

Pour over chocolate. Wait 1 minute, then stir until smooth.

🎂 Assembly

Place first cake layer → spread peanut butter frosting.

Add second layer → repeat.

Cover cake with ganache.

Decorate with peanuts and chocolate.
