​Ingredients

• ​All-purpose flour: 500 g

• ​Sugar: 300 g

• ​Invert sugar or honey: 50 g

• ​Eggs: 5

• ​Oil: 300 g

• ​Milk: 250 ml

• ​Baking powder: 15 g

• ​Baking soda: 5 g

• ​Salt: 3 g

​Method

• ​Whisk eggs, sugar, and honey.

• ​Add oil and milk.

• ​Fold in sifted dry ingredients.

• ​Bake at 170°C for 22–25 min.

• ​Brush lightly with butter after baking.
