Golden Plain Muffin
Ingredients
• All-purpose flour: 500 g
• Sugar: 300 g
• Invert sugar or honey: 50 g
• Eggs: 5
• Oil: 300 g
• Milk: 250 ml
• Baking powder: 15 g
• Baking soda: 5 g
• Salt: 3 g
Method
• Whisk eggs, sugar, and honey.
• Add oil and milk.
• Fold in sifted dry ingredients.
• Bake at 170°C for 22–25 min.
• Brush lightly with butter after baking.
