THE ULTIMATE GLAZED LEMON LOAF

✅ Uses real lemon zest and juice for an authentic punch.

​🛒 Ingredients:

​The Cake:

• ​1 ½ cups Flour

• ​1 ½ tsp Baking Powder + ½ tsp Salt

• ​1 cup Sugar + 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

• ​½ cup Softened Butter

• ​2 Eggs

• ​½ cup Sour Cream (the secret to moisture!)

• ​2 tbsp Lemon Juice + 1 tsp Vanilla

​The Glaze:

• ​1 cup Powdered Sugar

• ​2–3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

​👩‍🍳 Quick Steps:

​1️⃣ Whisk your dry ingredients.

2️⃣ Cream butter, sugar, and zest until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Fold in the dry ingredients—don't overmix!
