Soft Chocolate Loaf Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- Almond slices (optional)
Method:
Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and butter. Sift in dry ingredients and fold gently. Pour into a loaf pan, top with almonds, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35–40 minutes until springy. Let cool,
slice and enjoy.
