🍰 Recipe Overview (Spiced Vanilla Base with Fondant Santa Sculpting)

Santaveil Ceremony Cake

Ingredients :

  • Spiced Vanilla Sponge (for sculpted Santa shape)
  • 300g cake flour
  • 12g baking powder
  • 3g salt
  • 240g sugar
  • 180g unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs (200g)
  • 120g whole milk
  • 5g vanilla extract
  • 5g cinnamon + 2g nutmeg

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line round pan.

2.Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

3.Add eggs one at a time.

4.Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.

5.Alternate adding dry mix and milk.

6.Stir in vanilla. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

*Cover cake in smooth white fondant

*Sculpt Santa’s face with fondant: expressive eyes, rosy cheeks, and round nose

*Add red fondant hat with piped white trim and textured pom-pom

*Decorate with holly leaves, red berries, snowflakes, and peppermint candies

*Optional: scatter edible shimmer or glitter for festive glow
