A rich and indulgent dessert that combines the creamy goodness of Nutella with a buttery crumble topping, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!

Nutella Crumble Cake

Ingredients:

• 400 g all-purpose flour

• 150 g sugar

• 1 packet vanilla sugar

• 450 g Nutella

• 150 g butter, softened

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 2 eggs

• A pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

Make the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Add Nutella: Gently fold in the Nutella until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Prepare the Crumble: In a small bowl, take a portion of the batter (about 1/3) and crumble it into small pieces. This will be used as the topping.

Assemble the Cake: Pour the remaining batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.

Bake the Cake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve, enjoying the delightful Nutella flavor in every bite!
