Cheesecake with Caramel Apple

📋 Ingredients:

🔸 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

🔸 1/4 cup granulated sugar

🔸 1/2 cup melted butter

🔸 24 oz cream cheese, softened

🔸 1 cup granulated sugar

🔸 3 large eggs

🔸 1 tsp vanilla

🔸 1 cup sour cream

🔸 1/2 cup caramel sauce (+ extra to decorate)

🔸 1 cup apple pie filling

🔸 1 chopped apple (for garnish)

🔸 Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Steps:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9” pan.

2️⃣ Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into the mold to create the base.

3️⃣ Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one, vanilla and sour cream.

4️⃣ Pour half of the mixture over the base. Add apple filling and a touch of caramel. Cover with the rest of the mixture.

5️⃣ Bake 50-60 min. Let cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

6️⃣ Decorate with chopped apple, cookie crumbs and more caramel. Irresistible! 😋
