Decadent Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- whipped cream and chocolate shavings for topping
Instructions:
1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan, and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
3. Pour mixture over crust and bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes. Cool completely.
4. Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauces over the cheesecake and refrigerate for 4 hours.
5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
