Patriotic Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

• 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced

• 1 pint blueberries

• 2 cups mini marshmallows

• 1 cup raspberries

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.

3. Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries until the fruit is evenly distributed.

4. Add the mini marshmallows and stir gently to incorporate.

5. Cover and chill the cheesecake salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
