Delectable peanut butter and jelly cheesecake

Ingredients:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup melted butter

- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 3 eggs

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

5. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour over the first layer in the pan.

6. Drop spoonfuls of jelly or jam on top and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.

7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.

8. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

9. Slice and enjoy this delightful twist on a classic dessert!
