Ingredients:
- Red Velvet Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 🍚

- 1/2 cup buttermilk 🥛

- Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
- 1/2 cup sugar 🍚
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
- Topping:
- 1 cup strawberries 🍓
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce 🍓
🧑🍳 Instructions:
Red Velvet Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, cocoa, and vanilla, then blend in buttermilk and food coloring. Pour into a springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. 🍫
Cheesecake Layer: In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the cooled red velvet cake and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes. Let cool, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours. 🍰
Assemble: Top the cheesecake with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce. Slice and serve chilled. 🍓
