Decadent Strawberry Chocolate

Layers of Magic:

  •  1 Chocolate Cookie Crust
  •  2 Chocolate Fudge Brownie Base

  •  5 Strawberry Compote Ripple

📝 Ingredients:

Crust:

 • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (Oreos work!)

 • 1/2 cup melted butter

Brownie Base:

 • 1 box fudge brownie mix (or homemade)

 • Eggs, oil, water (as per mix instructions)

Strawberry Ice Cream Layer:

 • 1.5 quarts strawberry ice cream (softened slightly)

Chocolate Ganache:

 • 1/2 cup heavy cream

 • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Strawberry Compote:

 • 1 cup chopped strawberries

 • 2 tbsp sugar

 • 1 tsp lemon juice

Chocolate Ice Cream Layer:

 • 1.5 quarts chocolate ice cream (softened)

Topping:

 • 2 cups whipped cream

 • Chocolate shavings

 • Chocolate-dipped strawberries

🍰 Assembly Instructions:

 1 Prepare Crust:

 ◦ Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter.

 ◦ Press into the bottom of a springform pan.

 ◦ Freeze for 15 min.

 2 Bake Brownie Layer:

 ◦ Prepare brownie batter and pour over crust.

 ◦ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20–25 min.

 ◦ Cool completely.

 3 Add Strawberry Ice Cream:

 ◦ Spread softened strawberry ice cream over brownie layer.

 ◦ Freeze 1 hour.

 4 Make Ganache + Compote:

 ◦ Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.

 ◦ Compote: Simmer strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until syrupy, then cool.

 5 Swirl & Freeze:

 ◦ Drizzle ganache and compote over strawberry layer. Swirl gently.

 ◦ Freeze 30 more min.

 6 Add Chocolate Ice Cream:

 ◦ Spread softened chocolate ice cream over everything.

 ◦ Freeze at least 4 hours, or overnight.

 7 Top It Off:

 ◦ Just before serving, frost with whipped cream.

 ◦ Decorate with chocolate shavings + chocolate-dipped strawberries.

✨ Tips:

 • Use high-quality ice cream for best flavor.

 • Line your springform pan with parchment for easy removal.

 • Let the cake sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
