Banana Nutella Roll Cake๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜‹

Banana Nutella Roll Cake๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

       Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

      In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).

      In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.

     Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.

      Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake is lightly golden and springs back when touched.

      While the cake is baking, prepare a clean kitchen towel and dust it with powdered sugar.

      Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and immediately turn it out onto the prepared towel. Gently peel off the parchment paper.

     Carefully roll the cake up with the towel and let it cool for about 10 minutes.

     Unroll the cooled cake and spread Nutella evenly over the surface. Add banana slices on top of the Nutella.

     Gently roll the cake back up without the towel.

     Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

   Slice, Serve and Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ’• ๐Ÿ˜Š
