Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Roll Cake 🍫🥜
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 15-20 Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Whipped cream for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing well until fully combined.
3. Gently fold in the creamy peanut butter and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow it to cool completely in the pan.
5. Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips gently.
