Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake HEAVEN 🍰✨
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- Mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3️⃣ Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
4️⃣ Spread the marshmallow cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.
5️⃣ Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
6️⃣ Garnish with mini marshmallows before serving.
Notes:
Add a drizzle of melted chocolate or caramel on top for extra sweetness.
Toast the mini marshmallows for a s'mores-inspired twist.
