Decadent No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions:

Crust Creation: Mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with the melted butter in a medium bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Layering:

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.

Drizzle with half of the chocolate ganache.

Sprinkle half of the shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top.

Final Assembly:

Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly on top.

Drizzle with the remaining chocolate ganache.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded coconut and chopped pecans.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.

Garnishing: Top with chocolate shavings, pecan halves, and a dollop of whipped cream.

Chilling: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
