White Chocolate Cranberry Nut Truffles
Ingrédients:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
Add vanilla extract, salt, cranberries, and pecans. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Scoop mixture into balls and roll in extra chopped pecans.
Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
