Chocolate Hazelnut Delight Cake
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g flour
- 200ml cream
- 100g hazelnuts
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g chocolate ganache
- 100g chocolate balls
Instructions:
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together.- Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add flour and cocoa powder to the mixture.
- Fold in melted chocolate and butter.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Let it cool, then spread cream over the cake.
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
- Cover with chocolate ganache and decorate with chocolate balls.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
