Super Moist & Easy Banana Bread Recipe

🛒 Ingredients:

• 3 ripe bananas, well-mashed (the riper/spottier, the sweeter)

• ½ cup melted butter (or substitute with melted coconut oil or vegetable oil)

• ¾ cup granulated sugar (you can use brown sugar for a richer, caramel-like flavor)

• 1 large egg, beaten

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp baking soda

• A pinch of salt

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

• Optional add-ins: ½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips!

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep your oven and pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

2. Mash the bananas: In a large bowl, mash your ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

3. Mix wet ingredients: Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.

4. Add flavor and binders: Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

5. Add dry ingredients: Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix. Gently fold in the flour just until combined—be careful not to overmix! (Fold in your optional nuts or chocolate chips here if using).

6. Bake: Pour the batter evenly into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Cool and slice: Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
