- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 and 1/2 cups cake flour (171g)

- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

⚫MERINGUE MIXTURE 

- 6 egg whites 

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 1/3 cup sugar(67g)

⚫Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1/3 cup softened butter 

- 1 cup powdered sugar 

- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese (100g)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⚫WHIPPED CREAM

- 1 cup whip cream/Cream paste

- 1/3 cup cold water

⚪ 3/4 cup strawberry jam for the filling 

⚪ Cherries for the topping
