Ingredients (makes about 12 bites):

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well mixed.

Step 2: Stir in the rolled oats and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Step 3: Scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions and place them on a lined baking sheet.
