Tropical Mango Cheesecake Bliss

Ingrédients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup mango puree

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- Fresh mango cubes for topping

- 1/2 cup mango jelly or glaze

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan.

3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

6. Stir in mango puree, vanilla extract, lime juice, and flour.

7. Fold in heavy cream and pour mixture over the crust.

8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.

9. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours.

10. Spread mango jelly over the top and decorate with fresh mango cubes before serving.
