Nutella Crumble Cake!

Ingredients 📝:

• 400 g all-purpose flour

• 150 g sugar

• 1 packet vanilla sugar

• 450 g Nutella

• 150 g butter

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 2 eggs

• A pinch of salt

Instructions 🍽️:

1. Prepare the crumble:

• In a bowl, mix the flour, sifted baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and cold butter cut into small pieces.

• Work the mixture with your hands until it forms large crumbs.

2. Prepare the pan:

• Line a 24-25 cm round pan with parchment paper.

• Spread half of the crumble mixture in the bottom and along the sides of the pan, pressing it down lightly.

3. Add the Nutella:

• Pour the Nutella into the center and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.

4. Complete the crumble:

• Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture evenly over the Nutella.

5. Chill:

• Place the pan in the refrigerator for 3 hours to firm up the dough.

6. Baking:

• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

• Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden.

7. Cool and serve:

• Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan and serving.
