Luxurious Black Forest Cream Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
- Fresh cherries and blueberries for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine crushed cLuxurious Black Forest Cream Cakerm a crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate and cherry pie filling.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings, fresh cherries, and blueberries.
