Chocolate Cake 🍫🎂
A rich and indulgent classic chocolate cake perfect for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
🥛 1 cup buttermilk
🥚 2 large eggs
🍫 1/2 cup cocoa powder
🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
🥣 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
🧂 1/2 tsp salt
🥄 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
🍬 1 1/2 cups sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Mix until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool and frost.
