Ultimate Ferrero Rocher Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Fudge topping:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Fold in chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and hazelnuts.
Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
For the fudge topping:
Heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling, then pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Pour fudge over cooled brownies, spread evenly, and refrigerate until set.
Top with ferrero rocher and walnuts before slicing or serving.
