Cranberry Orange Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 🍞
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar 🍚
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 🍯
- 2 tsp baking powder 🥄
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈
- 2 large eggs 🥚
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 🍊
- 1/4 cup milk 🥛
- 1 tbsp orange zest 🍊✨
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or dried cranberries 🍒
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, orange juice, milk, zest, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
5️⃣ Gently fold in cranberries.
6️⃣ Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
7️⃣ Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
