Ingredients
Oreo Crust:
• 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
• 5 tbsp melted butter
Red Velvet Cheesecake Filling:
• 450 g cream cheese (room temperature)
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp red food color
• 10 Oreo cookies (chopped)
Cream Cheese Topping (Optional but WOW):
• ½ cup whipped cream
• ¼ cup cream cheese
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
👩🍳 How to Make
1️⃣ Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter, press into a lined springform pan. Chill 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, cocoa, and red color.
3️⃣ Fold in chopped Oreos gently.
4️⃣ Pour batter over crust and smooth the top.
5️⃣ Bake at 160°C / 325°F for 50–55 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
6️⃣ Cool completely, then chill for 4 hours or overnight.
7️⃣ Top with cream cheese frosting and Oreo crumbs before serving.
