Polish Chocolate & Walnut Cake 🍫🌰
Rich and nutty cake inspired by traditional Polish flavors.
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate 🍫
200g butter 🧈
4 eggs 🥚
200g sugar 🍬
150g walnuts, chopped 🌰
100g flour 🌾
Instructions:
Melt Base: Melt chocolate and butter together. Cool slightly.
Mix Batter: Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold in chocolate mixture, flour, and walnuts.
Bake: Pour into a greased tin and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
